Over the past 10 years, I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively with my first job: modelling. Embracing local cultures and experiences and being swept up in the fashion industry. When not travelling, I found myself in and out of the retail environment: working long hours and always on my feet. Both of these settings left me feeling lethargic and void of energy coupled with anxiety and feeling physically ill. I was going through the motions but not actually enjoying anything I was doing anymore.

A friend of mine dragged me along to a yoga class and that was the turning point. I had found something that helped me to relax and strengthen my body and mind. Best of all, I found it to be non-competitive and something I could go along with at my own pace.

In July 2014, I travelled to Bali to become 200HR certified with Yoga Alliance, learning from my wonderful teachers Joy and Ricardo.

Along with practicing yoga, I became more aware of my health and what I was putting into my body. Food has become another love of mine and I enjoy baking and cooking when not on the mat.

I now aim to create calmness in the chaos of the city with classes popping up in and around London.
